The cost depends on the scope. A simple VBA macro or Power Query starts from 1,500 PLN net. An extensive automated reporting system with ERP integration and email delivery - from 4,000 PLN.
A simple Power BI dashboard with a single data source - 1-2 weeks. An extensive dashboard for several departments, with a data model and an ERP connection - 3-6 weeks. We set the exact time after analysing the scope and available data.
We write VBA macros for the specific version of Excel used in your company - from Excel 2010 to Microsoft 365. Before delivery we test in your environment. If the company uses several versions, we account for that in the project.
Power BI Desktop is free. If you want to share dashboards across the organisation through a browser, you need a Power BI Pro licence (about 60 PLN/user/mo) or Power BI Premium. We help you choose the right licensing model.
We have experience with SAP, Comarch ERP XL and Optima, Subiekt GT/nexo, Enova365, Salesforce, HubSpot and systems based on SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. If your system offers a data export or an API - we can integrate it.
